This project turns my portfolio from a static website into a small GTM operating system. When a visitor submits the contact form, the inquiry is saved in a database, shown in a private dashboard, and sent to me as a Telegram alert.
Business Goal
The goal was to build a simple, real system that demonstrates the kind of GTM automation I can create for founders, sales teams, real estate agents, and companies that need better client acquisition workflows.
Problem
A normal portfolio contact form can be too passive. It may open an email app, lose context, or make it hard to track who submitted an inquiry. A GTM system needs to capture the lead, preserve the details, and alert the owner quickly.
System Built
- Public portfolio contact form for new inquiries
- Vercel backend API route to receive submissions
- Supabase database table for lead storage
- Private dashboard for lead monitoring
- Telegram alert for each new form submission
Workflow
Tools Used
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the public website
- Vercel for hosting and serverless backend routes
- Supabase for storing lead submissions
- Telegram Bot API for real-time alerts
Current Result
The system now works end-to-end. A submitted inquiry is saved, shown in the private dashboard, and sent as a Telegram notification. This is the first live GTM system inside the portfolio and a foundation for more advanced workflows.
Future Upgrades
- Lead scoring by opportunity type and message quality
- Email confirmation for serious inquiries
- Status updates and notes inside the dashboard
- AI-generated lead summary and suggested reply
- CRM export or sync when a lead is qualified
